Owner Surrenders
If you are reaching out to us about rehoming a dog that was not adopted through Hearts & Bones Rescue, please fill out our owner surrender form below. Owner surrenders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and dependent on our prior shelter partner commitments and current foster base. Our team will get back to you via email if we are able to accept your dog.
